What are you expected to do to complete the course?
The course completion requirements are as follows:
You are required to study all course material
Complete all lesson and module assessment activities
And finally receive a passing grade in the final exam
How do I access the courses I booked on the site?
If you signed up for your course online you will have received an email with login details to start your training. Please check your spam/junk email folder as it may have landed in there.
How are the courses structured?
The courses contain several modules each of which is made up of individual lessons.
Each lesson has a knowledge check assessment activity.
Each module has an end of module revision question assessment activity.
At the end of the course there is a final exam.
How much time do I need to spend at the course?
Each course should take approximately 10 hours to complete.
How do I know how I am progressing if I do not receive a grade until after I have completed the course? I’m afraid I will fail!
Naturally, like most courses, it is only possible to evaluate your grade when you have completed the course.
There is two parts to the assessment:
1. Meeting the Minimum Criteria: You are required to review all modules, and complete the revision questions after each module.
2. Exam: The revision questions at the end of each module are designed to help you prepare for the exam, you can repeat the revision activities as many times as necessary until you feel confident enough to attempt the exam.
You’ll be glad to hear that our course facilitators are available to support and assist throughout your training.
How do I access my course completion certificate?
Once your exam has been graded and you have achieved a passing grade, your certificate will be available from the resources section of your course.
How can I access the course notes?
The course notes are available in the resource section in PDF format.
How do I return to my course after a lesson / activity / exam?
If you scroll to the top of the screen and below the name of your course click on the breadcrumb trail (e.g. Home/Course/The name of your course). This will take you back to your course index page.
General Questions
I don’t see the "Login Button" on my SmartPhone / Tablet
On some devices, the login button may not appear. You can login directly instead by clicking here or visiting https://teachercpd.net/
I have enrolled on multiple courses, must I complete my training consecutively?
No, our training is flexible, but we recommend completing courses consecutively for optimal learning results.
I have submitted my exam, when will it be graded and can I move onto my next course?
Your exam can take up to 5 working days to be graded, but once you have submitted your exam you can begin your next course.
When I select "Returning Customer" on your website, I am still unable to login or request a new password.
If this happens, your old details may have been removed from our system.
You can simply select the courses you want, add them to your basket and proceed to the checkout. Here you will be asked for billing information, create a username and password. You are now enrolled on our TeacherCPD Courses. You should then receive confirmation e-mails then with your login details as usual.
Do the Fluirse TeacherCPD courses entitle one to EPV days?
No, only the Summer Course programme entitles one to EPV days.

When can I access the courses?
All courses will be accessible from 1 December 2022.
How do I get a username and password?
You should have received an e-mail with your Username and Password to login to our Online Training Website (https://training.teachercpd.net/) when you registered for your course(s) online.
If you registered by phone, then the member of our support team that enrolled you on the course(s) will have sent you an e-mail with your login details.
*Please keep a note of your username and password.
(If for any reason you did not receive your e-mail with your login details, please first check that it wasn’t designated by your email provider or application as “SPAM” and placed in your SPAM folder.)

An facilitator is allocated to each course and will interact with participants on request.

Naturally, all our lines will be engaged from time to time, especially in the first few days of our courses becoming available. Yes, you can do this course if you have a Mac/tablet or mobile phone.
When is the deadline for completing my course?
Individual courses must be completed within 6 months of enrollment.
Foundation Award programmes (3 courses) must be completed within 12 months of enrollment.
Standard Award programmes (7 courses) must be completed within 18 months of enrollment.
Diploma programmes (11 courses) must be completed within 24 months of enrollment.
